Keith Sunshine, PE, LEED AP
Principal Consultant 

Keith holds his Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Master of International Business Studies degrees, is a licensed Professional Engineer and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional.  He has spent the last eight years planning, designing and managing construction projects in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and the surrounding areas.  Before moving to the valley in 2000, Keith worked for a Contractor and as an Owner’s Representative.  His construction experience includes residential, commercial and public projects with valuations from $100,000 to $1.35 billion.  In addition to construction, Keith is a strong financial expert.  He has taught Introduction to Personal Finance for Central Wyoming College; he helps local low income families with income tax preparation and manages all of the firm’s finances and tax preparation.  Keith uses his skills to provide financial analysis for projects and to tightly monitor project budgets.  Having worked in all aspects of the construction industry, Keith knows how to manage construction projects, and he knows how to get the job done in and around Jackson Hole.  Having been there, Keith understands the needs of each team member and helps guide projects to successful completion within budget and on schedule, exceeding client expectations.  Outside of work, Keith enjoys the outdoors and volunteering.  His outdoor activities include biking, running, backpacking and skiing.  As a volunteer, he has worked with the US Peace Corps in West Africa, as a Construction Management Expert Volunteer for tsunami reconstruction in India, and is involved with various local volunteer organizations.  Keith also speaks French and Spanish.
